Ingredients:-
- Pumpkin - 500gms
- Onions -1
- Red Dry Chillie 2
- Curry Leaves 6-8
- Mustard Seeds 1/4tbsp
- Turmeric - pinch
- Chillie Powder 2 tbps
- Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
- Amchoor Powder 1/2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil
- Peel the hard skin off the pumpkin. Chop them into small cubes,
- Heat Oil. Add mustard seeds to it. When they splutter, add dry chillie, curry leaves and slices onions.
- When onions on translucent add pumpkin cubes.
- Add rest of the spices and boil by adding enough water for the pumpkin to cook.
- When pumpkin is cooked add Amchoor powder and cook for 5 mins.
