Ingredients:-
- Drumsticks leaves - 200 gms
- Eggs - 4
- Onions 2
- Dry red chillie - 2
- Green chillie - 6
- Curry leaves 4-6
- Mustard Seeds
- Garlic pods 4
- Salt to taste
- Oil
- Boil drumstick leaves in water with salt. When they are 3/4 cooked drain the water and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds for seasoning.
- Add finely chopped onions, curry leaves, green chillies, red chillies, garlic and fry them till onions are golden brown.
- Add eggs and fry for 3 mins.
- Add leaves to the same and fry till the mixture gets dry.
- Can be served with rice or chapathi.
