Ingredients:-
Preperation:-
- All purpose flour or wheat flour
- Almonds (5)
- Cashew (10)
- Poppy Seeds
- Grated coconut ( fresh )
- Sugar
- Milk
- Salt to Taste
- Oil
Preperation:-
- Fry poppy seeds on low flame for few mins.
- Soak cashews, almonds, poppy seeds and coconut in milk for half an hour
- Peel off almonds skin and grind all of these to make a paste
- Heat milk and add sugar and above mix
- Cook for 15 mins
- For puris, mix flour with sufficient water and salt. Make marble sized balls and knead them into puris. Fry them in oil
- Dip or soal these puris in the boiled milk and refrigerate them
- Best served when cool
